UPMC welcomes the opportunity to explore partnerships with a wide variety of investors, groups, companies, and entities. Evidenced by established relationships in Italy, Ireland, and Qatar, UPMC is willing to consider partnership opportunities to provide education and training, initiate and build health care facilities, and manage a variety of ventures in health care.

These unique collaborations include partnerships with governmental bodies, health care institutions, and academic medical centers, among others. Unlike many other U.S.-based health care organizations, UPMC’s partnership approach is one of implementation and nurturing. UPMC does not simply license out its name; instead, it maintains the partnership, working hands-on toward an established mutual goal. With employees on the ground in every international location, UPMC expresses a vested interest in the quality of care and the outcomes of all partnerships.
