Experienced nurses: To help smooth your transition, we offer a one-time, up-front paid time off (PTO) bonus that gives you the opportunity to enjoy time off in a brand new position while you accrue your regular paid time off. Based on your years of experience, you are eligible for up to 120 hours of PTO advance.
