Credentialing at UPMC

This site is designed to provide information to health care professionals — physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals — regarding the credentialing process at UPMC.

Practitioners wishing to provide services at the UPMC facilities must be credentialed by each facility where services will be provided.

The UPMC Credentials Verification Office (CVO) processes the applications and obtains the primary source verification on behalf of the facilities.
