Finance Management Rotation

Finance Management Rotation

Part of UPMC’s “Top Talent” recruitment and retention initiatives, the Finance Management Rotation (FMR) provides an unparalleled opportunity for the best and the brightest recent college graduates. FMR fast tracks the learning experience and helps graduates build a strong foundation in financial management through rotations in various finance divisions. Dynamic, innovative individuals have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in each rotation, while building strong relationships with finance decision-makers and senior executives.

A successful FMR candidate is a highly motivated and talented recent college graduate who has demonstrated academic and leadership excellence.

This program is designed to take such talented individuals and develop future finance leaders at UPMC. Participants undertake challenging assignments and gain valuable on-the-job experience – a level typically achieved over four to five years - in an accelerated two-year program.
