UPMC Walk-in Primary Care Clinic

The UPMC Walk-in Primary Care Clinic at UPMC Mercy South Side Outpatient Center provides patients with easy, convenient access to physician services without an appointment . Conditions treated include:

  • sore throat
  • minor cuts
  • sprained joints
  • earaches
  • colds and flu
  • minor broken bones
  • sprained joints
  • physical exams
  • vaccinations

No appointment is needed. The Walk-in Primary Care Clinic is open:

  • 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday
  • Closed Sunday

The UPMC Walk-in Primary Care Clinic staffed by family and internal medicine physicians. And, at UPMC Mercy South Side Outpatient Center, you have access to x-rays, sutures, blood work, and screenings. 

Conditions such as chest pain, shortness of breath, severe or uncontrollable bleeding, symptoms of stroke, or major trauma require the services of an emergency department. For such emergencies, UPMC Mercy offers access to the area's only combined Level 1 trauma center and burn center, as well as other specialized emergency services.
