Residency Opportunities
The curriculum for the internship is designed so an intern may complete the same rotations as first-year residents in our internal medicine program. Thus, candidates for the internship may be considered simultaneously for transfer at the PGY-2 level upon completion of the internship.
At the time of application, candidates for the internship should identify field of medicine in which they hope to continue their training. Preference is given to internship candidates who plan to fast-track into a PGY-2 position in the Internal Medicine residency.
