Internal medicine physician joins UPMC Horizon
FARRELL, October 5, 2011– Glen K. Providence, MD, internal medicine physician, has joined UPMC Horizon’s medical staff. He is affiliated with the Primary Health Network.
Dr. Providence earned his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in the Netherlands Antilles. He completed an internal medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, and is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
