Dr. Mark Lewis joins UPMC Horizon medical staff
GREENVILLE, September 12, 2011– Mark Lewis, DO, family medicine, has joined UPMC Horizon’s medical staff.
Dr. Lewis earned his medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, Ohio, and completed an internship and family practice residency at Millcreek Community Hospital, Erie, Pa. He is board-certified in family practice and neuromuscular medicine.
Dr. Lewis, who is affiliated with the Primary Health Network, is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Osteopathy, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, and the Ohio Osteopathic Association.
