At UPMC Urgent Care we focus on high quality care in a fast and friendly environment. We provide the medical care that anybody would expect from UPMC. We have a commitment to convenience here and we provide continuity with your private practitioner, your PCP as well as allow access and connectivity to all the specialists within UPMC.
We’re staffed 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a board-certified family practitioner or emergency physician. We also have a nurse on site at hours of operation and throughout the day we also have a radiologist technician and a lab technician who can also help with the clinical mission.
Services Offered

These are the simple sprains and strains as well as the common cold or even the flu. These things generally require a single visit to a medical office, a simple treatment as well as maybe follow-up plans. We can communicate with your personal physician for any needs that would require follow-up, be it another test or a re-examination, and we provide that either through a fax or electronic communication.
The labs that we can perform are the things from a medical office type of setting such as a strep test, a flu swab, urinalysis and we also can provide laboratory testing such as a complete blood count to make sure you’re not anemic or provide other diagnoses. We can also perform x-rays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day and have that service read by our physicians onsite as well as our specialists at UPMC.
