Types of Gifts
There are many ways to make gifts to the Heart and Vascular Institute. All gifts, of any size, are needed and will support lifesaving, life-changing work.
Among the types of gifts we receive are:

- gifts of stocks or securities
- other gifts of property
- bequests
- gifts in memory or honor of a special person

- By phone: To pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card, call 412-647-3048, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).
- By mail: Print the donation form and mail it with your check, payable to UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute, to:

Matching Gifts
Many companies match charitable donations made by employees or employees’ spouses. This additional support can double, or even triple, the value of your gift. Please check with your human resources department to see if your company has a gift-matching program and ask for a matching gift form.
