Centers for Rehab Services

Welcome to the Centers for Rehab Services, a part of UPMC.

Since 1986, Centers for Rehab Services (CRS) has provided one of the largest networks of community-based, comprehensive rehabilitation services in western Pennsylvania. CRS takes a team approach to patient care. Our physical therapists, occupational therapists, certified occupational therapy assistants, physical therapist assistants, and rehab aides work together with physicians to provide each patient with the most effective
treatment possible.

Our patients benefit from our membership in the UPMC community, and from our affiliation with the University of Pittsburgh. CRS provides and manages physical therapy and occupational therapy services at many UPMC hospitals and long-term care facilities. Our joint therapy programs with the UPMC Institute for Rehabilitation and Research and the UPMC Center for Sports Medicine serve as powerful testimony of our commitment to providing progressive and high-quality treatment.

Our reputation for excellence stands year after year as satisfied patients recommend CRS to families and friends who need physical, occupational, speech, or other kinds of therapy. CRS provides treatment for adolescents and adults, women and men; whether you're an amateur, professional, or armchair athlete. Our quality care and expertise will help you lead a more independent and fulfilling life.

CRS has more than 40 locations in western Pennsylvania, providing convenient access to the outpatient rehabilitation treatment you need.
