At CRS, we are committed to earning patient satisfaction — we place it among our highest priorities. To evaluate our services, we offer patients the opportunity to participate in a patient satisfaction survey.
Recently, more than 98 percent of patients who returned their surveys indicated:
- "It was worthwhile for me to have received therapy at this clinic."
- "I was satisfied with the results of my treatment."
More than 99 percent of the patients who participated in the survey said:
- "I would return to this clinic again if I needed further treatment."
- "I would recommend this clinic to a friend or family member."
