Industrial Rehabilitation

Our comprehensive industrial rehabilitation program includes the following services:

• Functional capacity evaluation 
  A comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s physical and functional abilities and capability to perform work. 

• Pre-employment physical ability testing
  An evaluation to determine a prospective employee’s ability to safely perform specific job demands.  

• Ergonomic evaluation
  Evaluation of work areas, equipment and tool usage with adjustments and recommendations for proper positioning and safety design. 

• Job analysis
  The establishment of critical criteria and useable job demands for work positions. It is also used for assistance in creating modified work positions. 

• Onsite job shadowing/coaching
  Treatment on site to ensure a safe return to modified or full duty work. 

• Work conditioning/work hardening
  Clinical treatment which focuses on flexibility, strengthening, and job simulation activities to enable the return to gainful employment. 

• Safety training programs/back school
  Educational programs custom designed to various industries. Group and individual instruction is available to improve safety, material handling, and proper use of body mechanics with all activity.
