Sports Performance Training Programs

Our sports performance program helps to provide athletes with the necessary skills needed to achieve peak performance and reduce the risk of injury. We strive to move athletes beyond their comfort zone and raise their performance bar every day by teaching them to train for optimal performance.

We start with the cutting-edge functional movement assessment (FMA) to evaluate posture, movement efficiency, flexibility, and strength. FMA produces a detailed outline that our staff uses to enhance the athlete’s flexibility, correct muscle imbalances, develop weak muscle groups, address other problems that may hinder performance, and reduce vulnerability to injury.
