The first-floor Commons will feature two restaurants, where residents will be able to use their meal plan; a beauty salon, a fitness center and activities room. The Lodge will include two conference rooms where residents and the North Hills community will be able to take advantage of the many outstanding health and wellness programs offered by UPMC Passavant. The theatre will present latest run movies and theatrical performances.

The Lodge at Cumberland Woods
In addition to many exciting activities and amenities, the Lodge at Cumberland Woods boasts a 247-seat theater, with additional capacity for five wheelchairs. The theatre features stadium-style seating with full audio/visual controls, including and a stat-of-the-art surround sound system. Residents and the members of the North Hills community can take advantage of the many health and wellness programs offered by UPMC Passavant and the Passvant Hospital Foundation. The Lodge has a separate entrance, but also can be entered through the main residence. All rooms are handicap accessible and accessible seating is provided throughout the theater space.
Flexible Pricing Options
To recognize the variety of preferences among potential residents, Cumberland Woods will present choices for how its services are paid for. As part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Cumberland Woods offers a continuum of care with an entrance fee and monthly maintenance payments. This package provides discounts to assisted living and perferred access for skilled nursing. For those who prefer not to pay an entrance fee, a monthly rental option is available.
