Spacious and private apartments feature kitchenettes with refrigerators, wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, safe and convenient walk-in showers, rich wood cabinetry, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning.
Meals

Housekeeping and Linen Service
Our friendly housekeepers will clean each apartment to the resident’s satisfaction. Fresh sheets are placed on each bed and all the dusting and vacuuming is done each week. Even light bulbs and toilet tissue are provided.
Paid Utilities
All expenses are folded into one affordable monthly rent, including all utilities, property taxes, and cable TV. Residents are responsible only for telephone service.
Transportation
Our comfortable van transports residents to area shopping and scheduled appointments. Residents also are welcome to bring their own automobile. Parking is provided at no cost.

Private Dining
Located just off the main dining room, a cozy private dining room can be reserved for birthdays, special occasions, or any celebration with family and friends.
Beautifully Decorated Lounges
Inviting and beautiful gathering areas are located throughout the building. Residents enjoy chatting with friends in the living room near a warm fireplace, or playing cards in our game rooms. Several times each week, fresh popcorn from an old-fashioned popping machine is shared during movie showings on the large-screen TV.
Beauty Salon and Barber Shop
As an added convenience, our professional hairdresser is available for appointments several days a week in the salon.
Patio and Courtyard
The garden area has ample space for residents to do their own gardening. A covered patio invites residents to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Activities Room
Daily planned activities such as crafts and games are provided for residents to enjoy each other’s company while keeping their minds sharp and fingers nimble.
Fruit and Beverage Bar
Beverages and healthy snacks, such as coffee, tea, and fresh fruit, are always available at our fruit and beverage bar.
