​Join BodyChangers as we take a few laps around the beautiful Highland Reservoir and enjoy the fresh air and good company! In the event of severe weather or rain, this group will be canceled. You will be notified via email and on social media.

Climbing stairs provides many health benefits and may even burn more calories than a traditional walk! Join us as we climb the Cathedral of Learning! Meet us in the main lobby.

PrepAbility

​Participants will prepare three full meals and take home nine portions. This class is created by students in the Nutrition and Dietetics program at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. The event is limited to 12 people and is $35.

Please register by May 9 by visiting our website classes.upmc.com​ and search for PrepAbility with Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC. Please indicate any allergies prior to registration.
