Group health and fitness class with personal trainers Molly Goldcamp and Kat Barrett. We recommend that you bring a kettlebell, an exercise band, and a yoga mat. (Each class is $10 if you are not a Gold or Platinum member)

Mind Over Body

Group session designed to help you develop strategies for permanent weight control. The group is led by Barbara C. Penner, M.S., Lifestyle Behaviorist. (The event is $10 if you are not a Gold or Platinum member).

Yoga

Thursday, July 3, 10, 17, 24, 31,  7 to 8 p.m.

This class, led by certified yoga instructor Kristin Bundy, features beginner poses and a gentle, slow pace. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat. (Each class is $10 if you are not a Gold or Platinum member).

Cardio based training with personal trainer Molly Goldcamp. The focus of these sessions is to prepare members to compete in an organized special event (5K race, triathlon, etc), including our June Driathlon. (Each session is $10 if you are not a Gold or Platinum members).

July - Wild Edible Plant Walk: Exploring Nature’s Supermarket. Environmental Center at Frick Park, 2005 Beechwood Blvd. Pittsburgh, PA 15217. Please wear comfortable clothing as this tour will include light walking.
