If you would like to request an appointment at a Magee-Womens Imaging location, complete the form below and a UPMC representative will contact you in the near future. Please understand that your confidentially is important to us, however by voluntarily submitting the below form, UPMC is not responsible for any personal information you provide.

You can also speak with a member of the Magee-Womens Imaging team by calling 1-800-649-4077 to schedule an appointment. If you have an immediate medical need, please call 911 or go to an emergency room for treatment.
