Alexander Technique

Developed by Frederick Matthias Alexander in the 1890s, the Alexander Technique is an awareness and movement-based modality.

It is an intelligent and effective way to:

  • solve common, repetitive movement problems that can cause chronic pain
  • prevent additional injury
  • enhance performance

Benefits of the Alexander Technique
