Structural Integration — Advanced Myofascial Release

Developed by Ida Rolf, PhD, structural integration (SI) is founded on the idea that how you habitually hold your body, your posture, and how gravity pulls on you, have much to do with chronic pain patterns, physical performance, and well-being. Our posture and shape may be distorted by chronic pain, accidents, adhesions from surgery, and poorly designed work stations. SI uses slow, deep fascial and myofascial manipulations combined with movement re-education to achieve goals. Your SI practitioner will offer treatments to meet your needs while providing structural support to help maintain your body’s changes.

Learn more about how Structural integration may help relieve pain, and improve physical performance and well-being as featured on WTAE Channel 4 Action News.
