Laser Center
The Laser Center, located at the Eye & Ear Institute in Oakland, has the most current laser technology for cosmetic procedures, such as refractive surgery. Other conditions, such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, are also treated at the Laser Center and, if deemed medically-necessary, may be covered by insurance plans.
