With MyUPMC, you can quickly and easily manage your health, including care from Orthopaedic SpecialistsUPMC, online. This free online resource allows patients to get a better view of their health, and helps ensure that even when life happens, it doesn’t get in the way of quality and expert care for you and your family.

Convenience and Quality

The free services of MyUPMC give you access to a safe, secure, and comprehensive electronic profile of your health and medical history, and electronically links to your doctors at Orthopaedic SpecialistsUPMC. With just a few clicks you can:

  • Securely communicate with your doctor online
  • Request appointments
  • Pay bills or ask billing questions 
  • Manage family health records
  • Track chronic conditions
  • Renew prescriptions

If you have multiple health conditions—orthopaedic or otherwise—managing imaging results and medications can be especially challenging. MyUPMC also allows you to review the details of your doctor visits and refer to that information as needed.

MyUPMC also offers a Proxy access feature, where on behalf of the patient,  family members or loved ones may be granted secure access the patient’s health information.

The Added Value of UPMC AnywhereCare

Getting sick or injured when you’re away from home can be difficult, but with UPMC AnywhereCare, you can go online 24/7 to get UPMC’s world-class care from anywhere in Pennsylvania. Adults and children ages 3 and up can get a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescription (if needed) for most common, non-emergency conditions, usually within 30 minutes.

Many of our patients have already signed up for and are using MyUPMC to better manage their orthopaedic care. However, the goal at Orthopaedic Specialists–UPMC is to achieve 100% enrollment, so all of our patients can experience the added convenience and benefit that MyUPMC has to offer.
