Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship Program
The University of Pittsburgh's Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship program is offered by the Section of Palliative Care and Medical Ethics of the University of Pittsburgh and has two options:
- A one-year ACGME-accredited clinical fellowship that includes a high-volume, interdisciplinary clinical program and the opportunity to receive a certificate in medical education.
- A two-year fellowship option extends beyond the clinical year to prepare individuals for an academic career in the growing specialty of palliative medicine, enabling fellows to earn a master's degree in either medical education or clinical research.
