​UPMC Presbyterian Prescription Shop

The UPMC Presbyterian Prescription Shop works with your hospital health care team to fill your new prescriptions before you leave the hospital. Your prescriptions can be delivered from the pharmacy to your room. The UPMC Presbyterian Prescription shop can also fill prescriptions for:

  • UPMC staff and their dependents
  • University of Pittsburgh faculty and staff

Our experienced pharmacists and staff work closely with you and your UPMC doctors to bring you quality, cost savings, and convenience.

We offer a variety of convenient services so you don’t have to make an extra stop on your way home from the hospital.

Convenient Pharmacy Services

  • Patient bedside delivery service
  • Phone refills at 412-864-0900
  • Prescriptions for patients upon hospital discharge
  • Employee prescriptions for UPMC and University of Pittsburgh faculty and staff
  • 90-day prescriptions, for only two copayments, for UPMC Health Plan members
  • Over-the-counter prescriptions are available (UPMC and Pitt employee discount available)
