UPMC Mercy Health Center Pharmacy provides prescription and other convenient, retail pharmacy services for:

  • UPMC patients
  • UPMC staff and their dependents
  • University of Pittsburgh faculty and staff

Our pharmacists and staff work closely with you and your doctors to help you manage and understand your prescription medications.

UPMC Mercy Health Center Pharmacy fills prescriptions for most health
insurance plans including UPMC, Highmark, and most Medicare Part D plans.

  • Prescription transfers
  • Prescriptions for patients upon hospital discharge
  • 90-day prescription for only two co-payments for UPMC Health Plan members
  • UPMC and Pitt employee discounts on over-the-counter medications
