There are several ways to contact UPMC Centers for Rehab Services (CRS). Your primary care doctor or specialist may refer you for treatment, or you may self-refer.

CRS is a certified rehabilitation agency and participates in most medical insurance plans and managed care networks. Please call one of our representatives to determine your insurance plan coverage.
