Anna M. Weber-Ashbaugh, PT, CSCS

Location: Norwin

Anna M. Weber-Ashbaugh, PT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Norwin location. She received a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Daemen College in Amherst, N.Y., and a certification in strength and conditioning from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Anna holds a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and specializes in working with athletes of all ages on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return to exercise.

Nicole Byers, PT, DPT

Location: Delmont

Nicole Byers, PT, DPT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Center for Rehab Services’ Delmont location. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and her bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa. Nicole holds a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and her area of focus is working with patients to achieve maximal functional outcomes for daily and recreational activities. 


Christin C. Donofrio, PT, DPT, CSCS

Location: Murrysville

Christin C. Donofrio, PT, DPT, CSCS, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Murrysville location. She received her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also received her bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation science. Christin holds a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist. Her areas of expertise include orthopaedic therapy, sports injuries, young athlete injury, and comprehensive musculoskeletal care.​

Jamie E. Dunlap, DPT

Jamie E. Dunlap, DPT

Location: Greensburg (Donahoe Road)

Jamie E. Dunlap, DPT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Donahoe Road location in Greensburg. She received a doctoral degree in physical therapy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa. Jamie is certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as a clinical instructor, and holds a Direct Access License. She specializes in orthopaedics, functional training, and knee/shoulder injuries.


Ashley Haag, PT, DPT

Location: Greensburg (Westmoreland Athletic Club)

Ashley Haag, PT, DPT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Westmoreland Athletic Club location in Greensburg. She received a doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also earned a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation. Ashley specializes in sports and orthopaedic physical therapy, with a special interest in high school and college athletes.


​Greg Komoroski, PT

Location: Latrobe

Greg Komoroski, PT is a physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Latrobe location. He received a bachelor’s of science in physical Therapy for the University of Pittsburgh.  He has over 29 years of experience, specializing in areas including: orthopaedic physical therapy, hands on manual techniques, Myofascial release, spinal and joint mobilization, Graston Technique—soft tissue massage, and  comprehensive musculoskeletal care. He is also Blankenship trained for work injuries.

Patrick Mahoney, PT

Location: Belle Vernon

Patrick Mahoney, PT is regional director of UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ South pod, and physical therapist at the Belle Vernon location. He received a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, and a bachelor of science degree from the State University of New York. Patrick holds an orthopaedic clinical specialist designation from the American Physical Therapy Association, a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.



​Steven R. Wilde, MS, LPT

Location: Greensburg (Pellis Road)

Steven R. Wilde, MS, LPT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services' Greensburg (Pellis Road) location. He received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and a master's degree in orthopedic physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College. He has over 30 years of experience and his specialties include orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, TMJ rehabilitation and comprehensive musculoskeletal care.
