Nicole Byers, PT, DPT

Location: Delmont

Nicole Byers, PT, DPT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Center for Rehab Services’ Delmont location. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and her bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa. Nicole holds a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and her area of focus is working with patients to achieve maximal functional outcomes for daily and recreational activities. 

Joni DiFonso, MEd., DPT

Joni DiFonso, MEd., DPT

Location: Murrysville

Joni DiFonso, MEd., DPT, is the facility director and a physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Murrysville location. She received a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Penn State University, a master’s of education in exercise physiology from the University of Virginia, and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. Joni’s areas of expertise include orthopaedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, injuries to runners, aerobic reconditioning, and complete musculoskeletal care.​

Jamie E. Dunlap, DPT

Jamie Dunlap Coates, PT, DPT

Location: Greensburg (Route 30)

Jamie Dunlap Coates, PT, DPT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Route 30 location in Greensburg. She received a doctoral degree in physical therapy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa. Jamie is certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as a clinical instructor, and holds a Direct Access License. She specializes in orthopaedics, functional training, knee/shoulder injuries, spine rehabilitation, the aging athlete, and TMJ dysfunction. 


Ashley Haag, PT, DPT

Location: Latrobe

Ashley Haag, PT, DPT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Latrobe location. She received a doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also earned a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation. Ashley specializes in sports and orthopaedic physical therapy, with a special interest in high school and college athletes.

Patrick Mahoney, PT

Location: Belle Vernon

Patrick Mahoney, PT is regional director of UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ South pod, and physical therapist at the Belle Vernon location. He received a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, and a bachelor of science degree from the State University of New York. Patrick holds an orthopaedic clinical specialist designation from the American Physical Therapy Association, a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.

Anna M. Weber-Ashbaugh, PT

Anna M. Weber-Ashbaugh, PT, CSCS

Location: Norwin

Anna M. Weber-Ashbaugh, PT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Norwin location. She received a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Daemen College in Amherst, N.Y., and a certification in strength and conditioning from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Anna holds a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and specializes in working with athletes of all ages on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return to exercise.



​Steven R. Wilde, MS, LPT

Location: Greensburg (Pellis Road)

Steven R. Wilde, MS, LPT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services' Greensburg (Pellis Road) location. He received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and a master's degree in orthopaedic physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College. He has over 30 years of experience and his specialties include orthopaedics, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, TMJ rehabilitation and comprehensive musculoskeletal care.
