About Our Patients
Patients come to the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute with a variety of needs and diagnoses. Of these patients, more than 40 percent come to us after a traumatic event or stroke, and more than 20 percent come to us for orthopaedic reasons, such as joint replacement or other orthopaedic surgeries.
