Leonard A. Stept, MD
Leonard A. Stept, MD, is an assistant professor of urology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Stept received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed residencies in surgery and urology at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, as well as a fellowship in urology at New York University Upstate in Syracuse, N.Y. Throughout his career, Dr. Stept has contributed his expertise and knowledge to many health organizations throughout the Pittsburgh region in a variety of capacities and positions.
As an expert in general urology, Dr. Stept’s clinical specialties also include treatment of kidney masses and prostate cancer. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology and American College of Surgeons.
