Guidelines for Your Visit
In the interest of supporting patient recovery, rest, and privacy, visitors are generally limited to two per patient at any one time. Visitors are asked to be considerate of the patient's condition in the length of their visit. The patient will enjoy a visit more when he or she is fully recovered. Visitors are also asked to be considerate of other patients. When a physician comes to the bedside to provide professional services, visitors are respectfully requested to leave the room.
Children under five years of age may not visit in the hospital except by special permission.
On the day of surgery, members of the immediate family may visit in all patient units prior to scheduled visiting hours unless the physician deems otherwise.
