Faces of Quality

Our Faces of Quality series profiles a number of patients who have received care at UPMC. The profiles describe how the needs of our patients shape our quality improvement efforts. Although everyone’s care experience is unique, we hope that sharing these profiles will help other prospective patients and their families better understand what goes into the care we provide.
