Please note: This application process is a temporary solution that will give all employees access to all job openings at UPMC Hamot. Once the application systems are integrated, you will be able to view and apply to positions at UPMC Hamot via the traditional My HUB process.

If this is your first visit to the UPMC Hamot Career Center, click the First Time Users box and follow the instructions below. If you are a return user, simply click the Return Users box and follow the prompts.

First Time Users

Username: hamot      Password: jobs

This will give you access to all jobs posted within UPMC Hamot. Once you have completed your search for jobs of interest, you will enter the application phase. Please note:

  1. Only current UPMC Hamot employees need to notify their supervisors before applying for a position. Non-UPMC Hamot employees should disregard this requirement.
  2. When prompted for your six digit employee ID, please enter your existing eight digit UPMC employee ID.

Once you have applied for a position you will be considered a "return user" and your username will be your e-mail address. Your password will be the one you created at the time of application.
