UPMC Search Firm Policy Statement

UPMC does not accept unsolicited resumes or referrals for employment from search or recruitment firms for any position at UPMC. Any resume or referral submitted by any means to UPMC or any staff member of UPMC becomes the sole property of UPMC. UPMC will not pay a fee to any search or recruitment firm in the absence of a pre-existing written agreement between UPMC and the firm covering the position in question.

UPMC values our relationships with our preferred search and recruitment vendors. To maintain these good relationships, UPMC requires that all search or recruitment activities for which a fee will be charged be governed by a written agreement between UPMC and the vendor.
