Total Compensation

As you consider your many opportunities, including those outside of UPMC, be sure to understand your total compensation. Your hourly rate is only one of the many aspects you should consider. Remember to factor in all of the benefits of each offer to really see which offers you the most. UPMC offers a comprehensive package that includes time off, medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, company-paid pension, a matched savings plan, and voluntary benefits.
