WorkLife Services
Our WorkLife services help employees balance the competing demands of work and family life. A WorkLife specialist is available to consult with UPMC employees on legal matters, financial concerns, elder and childcare needs, and more. Employees also have access to a comprehensive, Web-based resource center with thousands of informative articles, search tools, and printable documents to make their lives easier.
Coaching and Counseling Services
LifeSolutions coaching and counseling services assist our employees and their family members with successfully navigating life’s twists and turns. Employees can speak to a professional counselor, by phone or in person, to address any personal or work-related challenge, no matter how big or small.
Health and Wellness
LifeSolutions provides support to quit smoking, lose weight, manage stress, cope with anxiety, or reach any other wellness goal, by addressing what gets in the way of successful behavior change. Coaching and counseling assistance, Web-based resources, webcasts and podcasts, and more, are available to UPMC employees.
Community Resources
LifeSolutions provides information and access to services for almost any situation. Whether it’s information on kickboxing classes, patio contractors, or local support groups, we connect our employees to the resources they need.
