As part of an integrated health care delivery system, UPMC Health Plan partners with UPMC and community network providers to improve clinical outcomes as well as the health of the greater community including more than 1.2 million Health Plan members.

UPMC Health Plan offices are located in downtown Pittsburgh in the Chatham Center buildings.

Nurses at UPMC Health Plan rely on their clinical knowledge and experience to improve the health of our patients. Nursing opportunities include case management, health management, quality, and wellness.

Nurses at UPMC Health Plan are exposed to our case management software, HealthPlaNet. This software was developed with the expertise of numerous case management, utilization management, and wellness staff; information systems professionals; and physicians. It helps the user conserve resources while improving the quality of care for members. HealthPlaNET is a software system (the HealthPlaNET System) and an organizational structure (UPMC HealthPlaNET). The HealthPlaNET System is the primary software tool used by the UPMC HealthPlaNET departments of Medical Management and Health Promotion to interact with members and manage member care.

Your interview will take place in the Human Resources office in One Chatham Center, Suite 450.
On the day of your interview, you may park in the Chatham Center garage. You may enter the garage from Fifth Avenue or Washington Place.

After accepting an offer

Your first day will be Human Resources new hire orientation. Dress is business casual. Your recruiter will provide parking information prior to this day.
