Nursing highlights
At Magee, your orientation is carefully planned to meet your needs while utilizing a trained preceptor. Nurses with less than one year of experience also are enrolled in our mentorship program and are partnered with an experienced nurse.
Our 60-day follow-up orientation provides you with the opportunity to nurture your career growth by sharing experiences in the unit with our administrative team.
Our Professional Practice Council and Employee Council are a few examples of how you can connect with our management team and build evidence-based practice.
