Administrative Fellowship Program

UPMC's two-year Administrative Fellowship Program provides fellows with practical experience in health care management.

Fellows participate in one of two fellowship tracks:

Track Who It's For What You'll Gain
Hospital Fellowship

Master-level graduates wanting to pursue hospital administration careers.

Exposure to all aspects of hospital operations and management.
Physician Services Division Fellowship Master-level graduates wanting to pursue physician practice management or academic medical management careers. Exposure to all aspects of physician practice management.

Note: The Physician Services Division Fellowship Track will only accept applications from those who have completed the PSD Summer Residency Program.
