Insurance Services Division Annual Mandatory Training for Non-Employees

Every day, the decisions and actions of UPMC staff members impact patients, communities, and the health care industry. As part of your commitment to excellence as a UPMC staff member, you are required to complete this education in order to keep you compliant with various laws, policies, and regulations, and to reaffirm our common goal to provide outstanding patient care in a positive and safe environment.

  • If you are a UPMC staff member working at a facility that utilizes the UPMC uLearn system, you must access the training modules through uLearn and your My HUB account in order to fulfill your requirement.
  • If you are a non-staff member providing services, you may access the training modules through the links below. Review the modules and complete the accompanying assessment. You must achieve a score of 80 percent or higher to fulfill your requirement. Print and submit all completion certificates to your UPMC supervisor.
