MedCall serves a single source of contact with UPMC and consists of four service groups:

  • The Call Coverage/Disease Management Group
  • Electronic Communication Services

Physician Affiliation Program (UPMC Practice Solutions)

UPMC Practice Solutions offers independent physicians the same quality resources as UPMC doctors.

UPMC’s MedTrak offers community-based primary care doctors, specialists, and surgeons secure and centralized access to contact information within UPMC facilities.
