Additional Resources - PA Reach West

UPMC is a subrecipient to PA Reach West (Regional Extension Center) and is committed to assisting eligible providers with the adoption of a certified Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution and transformation of  workflows in order to become meaningful users of their EHR.

Specifically, our UPMC practice transformation team can provide on-site assistance to certain eligible providers with the selection & adoption of a certified EHR and we will assist the practice with analyzing its current workflow processes to identify areas for improvement and change to allow for the adoption and meaningful use of the EHR tool.

In order to select UPMC to provide this on-site assistance, please visit the PA Reach West Web site and complete the interest form. When completing the form, check the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as your preferred choice for technical assistance.

Next, complete the online Eligibility Screening Form or download a hard copy here.

The final step to take advantage of our free practice transformation services is to complete the Participation Agreement for Electronic Health Record Technical Assistance and return it to the designated UPMC Practice Consultant assisting your practice.
