Obstetrics Classes

Child car seat inspections, sibling classes, breast feeding classes, and childbirth/newborn classes are scheduled monthly as needed by the Obstetrics Department, and are held at UPMC Bedford.

Overeaters Anonymous

Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
Support Group meets in the UPMC Bedford Memorial Vreeland Conference Room. For more information, please contact Sally at 814-623-1557.

TOPS Bedford 444 Meetings 

Thursdays at 6 p.m.
Meetings are held in the UPMC Bedford Memorial Vreeland Conference Room. Weigh-ins begin at 5:30 p.m.
