UPMC Family Health Services

In continuing to meet the health care needs of the region, UPMC Bedford has extended its community services by adding a new program called UPMC Family Health Services. For a number of years, this program was formerly known as Family Health Services of South Central Pennsylvania and has helped thousands of women and families throughout the county in seeking specific health services.

UPMC Family Health Services will continue to provide similar services as in the past as well as expanding services. Many of the services include:

  • Physical exams
  • Breast and pelvic exams
  • Pap tests
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Emergency contraception
  • Treatment of vaginal infections
  • Hormone replacement therapy
  • Family planning education/counseling, along with referrals as needed

Cost for services are based on a sliding scale and the number of dependents in the family. It is important to note that medical assistance and many other insurances are accepted and all services are confidential.

UPMC Family Health Services is located at 195 Memorial Drive, Suite 4, Everett, PA.
