UPMC East offers area residents access to world-class medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and transitional care, as well as cutting-edge medical services not typically found in a local community hospital.

Our hospital features private rooms, state-of-the-art operating rooms, and a full-service Emergency Department. Specialized services include CT imaging, minimally invasive surgery, and UPMC Hillman Cancer Center Radiation Oncology at UPMC East.

Patients requiring surgery for breast and gynecologic conditions have access to a wide range of routine and specialized outpatient and inpatient procedures, including:

Patients can stay close to home while receiving a full spectrum of women’s health care services — from yearly checkups to pregnancy care to specialized breast and gynecological care.

Patient consultations resulting in benign or mallignant diagnoses in need of surgery are referred to UPMC East or the UPMC Monroeville Surgery Center for further surgical procedures.
