Make walking a part of your personal health and wellness journey and get daily exercise in a clean, safe, and weatherproof environment by becoming a mall walker. UPMC Hamot and UPMC Health Plan have launched a new and improved mall walker program at Millcreek Mall. Join us the second Thursday of every month from 8 to 10:30 a.m. for free educational programs and screenings, provided by UPMC Hamot and UPMC Health Plan specialists.
