Ann M. Tredway
Chief development officer and president of the Hamot Health Foundation
Ann M. Tredway was appointed chief development officer and president of the Hamot Health Foundation in 2012. She provides leadership for philanthropic programs and initiatives, including fundraising, community outreach, employee and patient support, and collaborates with the Hamot Health Foundation Board of Corporators.
Prior to joining UPMC Hamot, Tredway served in various capacities at the Heritage Foundation, a well-known research and educational institution in Washington D.C. that formulates and promotes public policy. Tredway served as the Heritage Foundation director of special events where she oversaw yearly planning and execution of 75 national events attended by world leaders, members of Congress, and Supreme Court justices. She managed a multi-million-dollar budget and a team of 11 members.
Tredway holds a management certificate from Georgetown University, in Washington D.C., and a bachelor's degree in political science from Mercyhurst College.
