Get Heart Healthy: Become a Mall Walker

Did you know that going for a walk can help boost your metabolism, improve your cardiovascular health, and increase your energy level as well as your self-esteem?

Make walking a part of your personal health and wellness journey and get daily exercise in a clean, safe, and weatherproof environment by becoming a mall walker. Join the UPMC Hamot and UPMC Health Plan mall walker program at Millcreek Mall. 

How it Works

  • Register by filling out the attached card and turn it in to the Millcreek Mall office,located next to JCPenney inside the mall, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Walk the course at your own pace and convenience.
  • Registered walkers have access to the mall Monday through Saturday 7 to 10 a.m. and Sunday 9 to 11 a.m. through the Northwest Saving Bank entrance
  • Receive updates about special mall walker events throughout the year.
