COST: $100 per person ($400 per team); includes one team lottery ticket for the drawing (details below)
You are invited to participate in the eighth annual UPMC Hamot Aid Society Golf Tournament! Enjoy 18 holes of golf with a cart in this fun-filled scramble tournament at the beautiful Lake Shore Country Club. Lunch will be provided, and a dinner will follow immediately after the tournament. Prizes and awards will be given to individual players and teams. Additional items will be raffled off following the tournament.
WIN $7,000 – Additional tickets available. Tickets are $100 (five numbers); only 200 tickets will be sold. First prize is $7,000 with winner taken from the PA three-digit lottery drawn August 23, 2014 (7 p.m. drawing – winner need not be present). Second prize of $2,000 and third prize of $1,000 will be drawn from the same pool of ticket stubs. Additional tickets are available in the UPMC Hamot Gift Shop.
