How to Apply for an Administrative Fellowship
Interested applicants, prior to starting the fellowship program, must have a master's degree* in:
- Business Administration (MBA)
- Health Administration (MHA)
- Public Health (MPH)
- A health- or business-related field from an accredited graduate program.
Candidates must also possess excellent analytic and communication skills, and should be motivated and self-starting.
*Candidates finishing master's degree programs requiring an administrative residency after completing classroom curriculum are eligible to apply. Accepted candidates are required to complete both years of the administrative fellowship program.
The recruitment phase will begin in the fall of 2013.

After You Apply: The Selection Process
|After reviewing applications, UPMC Hamot will contact selected applicants to participate in first-round phone interviews.
||October 3 - 4|
|Applicants will be chosen to participate in second-round video conference interviews.
||October 10 - 11|
|Approximately 3 applicants will be selected to visit Erie to participate in on-site interviews with the UPMC Hamot executive team.
||Mid - late October|
|UPMC Hamot will notify the successful candidate of acceptance to the UPMC Hamot Administrative Fellowship Program.
