The Hip and Knee Center is a designated unit that specializes in the care of the post-operative total joint replacement patient. Our center offers a variety of educational opportunities for hip and knee replacement patients, including a weekly pre-operative joint class. Pre-operative education is provided by the the orthopaedic nurse navigator.
After surgery, the nurse navigator follows up with patients during their stay and continues to be a resource for any questions throughout the entire process and after discharge.
